“Enjoy life, Accentuate the positive, not the negative. It sounds so trite, but a lot of people will pick out something to complain about, rather than say, ‘Hey, that was great!’ It’s not hard to find great stuff if you look,” says Betty White. “I know it sounds corny, but I try to see the funny side and the upside, not the downside. I get bored with people who complain about this or that. It’s such a waste of time.”

Betty White just turned 96 earlier this year and she credits her longevity to truth, hotdogs and vodka. Kind of a hard act to follow, don’t you think?! What are the secrets to living a long and happy life? Does White have the secret recipe down and might we all learn something from the superstar actress? Linda Martinelli, Missy Crutchfield and Susan Price are all living life to the fullest. They share their secrets and wisdom of living the most awesome life with Malcolm and all of our listeners on this episode of Life Liberty.
