The Tom Renz Show – Privacy and the 4th Amendment seem to have gone the way of most COVID hospital patients. We are tracked, and our information is traded everywhere. The federal government is contracting with private parties to do all the things they could not legally do themselves under the Constitution. This is an old CIA trick and has become mainstream. The scariest part of this is how much further this will go as…

Whistleblower Report – With breathless hype and deceptive marketing, Americans were treated to the version of medical-financial tyranny on our shores the same week that the World Health Organization (WHO) announced the rollout of WHO’s version of a vaccine passport, The Global Health Certificate. Right on cue, in the first week of June 2023, both Mississippi and Georgia announced the rollout of…
Giving up the right to privately control our money means we have given up our rights to freedom. COVID was and continues to be about control, and digital currency is in the same vein. Whether it is control of our health or control of our ability to participate in commerce, freedom ceases to exist if we the people, give up our rights of self-determination… the question is…
The world, we are told, needs to radically and rapidly collectivize our economies and lifestyles, under a global umbrella headed by global governments, global corporations, and Deloitte. Property ownership, and particularly land ownership, must go by the wayside; we must end the use of all fossil fuels, we must alter our farming techniques, and we must submit our…

The bill pulls from two popular and emotion-driven points. First, they attack Section 230, the protection given to online platforms that prevent them from getting sued. Second, they go after child sex criminals. Who wouldn’t want to stop child sex criminals? The bills do little to address either of the issues they’re supposed to address…
The Speaker simply cannot say she’s looking for evidence to stop Donald Trump from becoming president again. Will the commissions’ findings be presented to a Grand Jury? If so, she’s way out of her league and out of her depth. This should act as a warning to all of us of what’s coming under the corrupted Patriot Act. They’re not after Jihadists!
The Constitution requires there be probable cause before you or your stuff can be searched. Not what a government bureaucrat thinks is suspicious or not what your neighbor thinks is suspicious. The Constitution also requires that said probable cause be supported by oath or affirmation before a warrant is issued…
This case is just another example of why we need to read and study the Constitution for ourselves because those who’re supposed to be upholding it are not doing so. Until We the People understand the limits we have placed on governments and require them to abide by those limits, then those governments are not exercising just powers…
The visual observation of the defendant’s premises from a helicopter did not constitute a search under the Fourth Amendment.” This led to the Maxon’s appealing the trial court’s decision. In general, courts do not consider something a search, if the item observed, was in plain view, the idea being that if you expected something to be private, you would not have put it where it was publicly visible…
Fifteen years ago, in a post 9/11 reaction to terrorist attacks on America, President George W. Bush signed the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Act into law. By doing so, he created the post of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the National Counterterrorism Center and the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, stop gap measures to look like the government was doing something meaningful. These groups now believe in the truth of their own product. The idea was to ensure a transparent collaboration across all elements of the Federal Intelligence Community to coordinate the vast amount of data collected. Instead, the reality was to create competition for resources (money) by growing a vast bureaucracy. On the dark side, the act gave the DNI (James Clapper) the potential for corruption by politicizing the new organization, ostensibly for the government’s protection. What happened? The Clinton’s and Obama happened! Before that however, immediately the Twin Towers fell to the ground, why didn’t anyone express surprised with the rapidity of the enactment of a National Defense Act? It was the long planned first step to ram through a shocked citizenry a scheme to cement the governments need to protect us. The Pandora’s box of scary extremism, […]
Nancy Thorner is a contributing author – George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four is a claustrophobic fable of totalitarianism. First published in 1949, it is a fictional novel that shows what the world would be like if the government extended its powers to control every facet of its citizen’s lives through manipulation of language and constant surveillance. With the American people afraid of another terrorist attack after the 9/11 attacks on the New York World Trade Center, our government was able to use the public’s fear to pass a large number of laws that increased spying on American citizens in order to ‘keep them safe.’ The Patriot Act, passed in 2001, allows the government to apply surveillance to the data of all American citizens. In 2007, the NSA (National Security Agency) launched the “PRISM” program, a clandestine anti-terrorism electronic surveillance data mining program. The PRISM program (Personal Record Information System Methodology) utilizes extensive data mining efforts to collect information and analyze it for patterns of terrorist or other criminal activity. PRISM captures the private data of citizens not suspected of any connection to wrongdoing, permitting government to collect user data from companies like Microsoft, Google, Apple, Yahoo, and others. It is not widely […]

In the year 1948 English author George Orwell wrote of a future time, the year 1984 when most of the world’s population had become victims of perpetual war, omnipresent government, continuous surveillance, and propaganda. How different is our world of 2019 from Orwell’s novel? The phrase that most people remember from the Orwell novel is “Big Brother Is Watching” today it’s the question ”Has Facebook sold my confidential information to the highest bidder”. In all of his novels, Orwell conveys a fear of losing individual freedom to an increasingly oppressive modern society. In each novel, the protagonist’s attempt to escape ends in failure. Is the idea of privacy in a 21st-century world a concept that is no longer relevant? Has technology and our willingness to use it eliminated privacy? — Cameras on every corner in every building every roadway airport eliminated privacy as a trade-off for security? Why are we so willing to accept this? Has technology created a propaganda society where a single message is relayed 24/7 in singularity of content? What are the effects of propaganda on our lives? And then there is the subject of WAR. Why do we wage war? Is it for nationalism as some say today? Is it economic? […]
If peace in the region is achievable, it will be absolutely necessary for the terrorist groups – Hizb’allah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and others – to be eliminated and the more rational Muslim states to prevail. Israel is on the right path and must be allowed to succeed in eliminating Hamas in Gaza. This means the US should stop interfering in the conduct of this war and let Israel finish the job it started…

We see governments at all levels infringing on our right to keep and bear arms. Look at the arguments they use. “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.” — Beto O’Rourke. “I don’t believe people should be able to own guns.” — Barack Obama. “If I could have gotten…an outright ban – ‘Mr. and Mrs. America turn in your guns’ – I would have!” — Sen Diane Feinstein. “We’re bending the law as far as we can to ban an entirely new class of guns.” — Rahm Emanuel…

And when such a call is combined with any act that seizes or destroys a strategic target, takes hostages, impedes civilian mobility, cripples supply lines, delays emergency response, or poses a threat of mass casualties, it should be understood and treated as such. Truth Be Told with Booker Scott – In 2021, the top 50% of filers earned 90% of all income, so half of Americans are earning 9 out of every 10 dollars. It would be easy to think that a fair share would be 90%; that’s fair, isn’t it? I’m not sure how much fairer Biden wants it and where he thinks he’s going to get it because that same 50% of filers pay 98% of all taxes the government receives…
