Chicago’s Magnificent Mile is no longer magnificent. The riots on our city streets are a symptom of a greater illness as the November election gets closer. On today’s show, Michael Johns joins me and we discuss the condition of our troubled country, the race for the White House, and what we will have to face as we make our decisions moving forward.
The spoiled brats in combination with the radical domestic terrorists, who have come to be known as “the mostly peaceful demonstrators” know how to charge up their base on the scene of a hot riot. We see their method of operation in city after city. They use words that rhyme to create lots of crime. For example, the mostly ‘peaceful demonstrators’ (wink wink) might yell this before launching projectiles, bricks, firebombs, molotov-cocktails, burning buildings, vandalizing and stealing from retailers, raising their middle fingers and so on: Four, five, six… Hit ’em with bricks! The chants they actually use are much worse than this imaginary example, and are often accompanied by use of heavy projectiles (which do seriously injure people), improvised explosives, firebombs and the ever-present upraised middle fingers. So many are left wondering, why can’t we chant too? Chant for the good! Well, if the chants are fact based, non-violent, intelligent, and have a good objective… yes we can. The fact is, it’s already started. On August 9th, a group of the Silent Majority showed up in front of the Seattle City Hall in a demonstration in support of the police. See a video here which shows several very nice chants supporting our police, which effectively submerging […]

When the news of the novel corona virus first became known to us at the end of December 2019, the new epidemic was blamed on one of Wuhan’s so-called ‘wet markets’. Most Americans had never even heard of ‘wet markets’ before. Now it’s a household word. We learned about them then when the Chinese government said the virus had come from a wet market in Wuhan, China. The wet markets in China are known for selling exotic and sometimes rare animals, like snakes, civet cats, foxes and to wolf cubs, as well as all forms of birds, reptiles, amphibians, and even dogs and cats – for food. And this virus, according to the Chinese government, came from bats. And bat soup. Later they said it had come from the scaly ant-eater or pangolin. And they also said that they had the virus under control. In fact, they were lying on all counts, because the virus didn’t come from the wet market, and it didn’t come from the scaly ant-eater, and it wasn’t close to being under control. The closest they came to the truth was when they said it came from bats. But it wasn’t from bat soup, or from bats in the […]
And when such a call is combined with any act that seizes or destroys a strategic target, takes hostages, impedes civilian mobility, cripples supply lines, delays emergency response, or poses a threat of mass casualties, it should be understood and treated as such. Tom Cotton’s open encouragement of terrorists’ would-be victims in their own defense reflects the moral clarity necessary to discern terrorism from political protest…

Truth Be Told with Booker Scott – In 2021, the top 50% of filers earned 90% of all income, so half of Americans are earning 9 out of every 10 dollars. It would be easy to think that a fair share would be 90%; that’s fair, isn’t it? I’m not sure how much fairer Biden wants it and where he thinks he’s going to get it because that same 50% of filers pay 98% of all taxes the government receives…
Too often, peer review of scientific reports amounts to little more than “pal review,” a rubber stamp from supporters of the hypothesis being investigated. What is needed is to allow reports to be reviewed by many people on all sides of issues, both inside the scientific community and in the public at large. One prominent group is actually doing this — the London, UK-based Global Warming Policy Foundation…
