Cynicism. A personality trait that one adopts when adopting the profession in law enforcement. This personality trait may continue to develop as the officer continues to put on more years. And if not careful, one may get this to accompany their pension. This negative addition maybe the result from the psychological beating that an officer takes during their entire course of their career.
Richard Tracy opens the show with an infamous narration by Paul Harvey called the policeman. He once again takes the opportunity to dog on Madonna and talk about how psychotic she is. Shortly into the show, Tracy reads an article which was written by a traffic officer. This article mentions some of the psychological punishments that the officer endures during his or her career.
