Highly Decorated Navy SEAL Charged for Death of ISIS Terrorist
Special Operations Chief Edward “Eddie” Gallagher, a highly decorated Navy SEAL has been charged for the death of an ISIS Terrorist.
As a Gold Star Mother, serial emotions surround my heart and mind with this most egregious story. In the past decade, I have seen and heard more than my share of pain and disdain against our men and women serving in uniform. Presently, a crime is mounting against one of America’s valorous warriors who has invested his entire adult life in defending our great nation, fighting off foreign enemies, yet this atrocity unfolding is a microcosm and weaponized attack by the domestic enemies from within.
Less then 1% of Americans serve our country in uniform, ensuring the 99% of Americans, their sovereignty. Yet many civilians possess little to no knowledge of the world of warriors and the sacrifices they and their families endure as it takes a special breed of human being to serve and protect our country, there is no glamor in this thankless job with endless hours and constant deployment away from family and yet these brave Americans are filled with a sense of dedication, love of God, Country and fellow man, so deeply, the personification of hero is encoded in their DNA.
The Iraq and Afghanistan wars under the Bush and Obama administration came like a thief in the night to military families claiming many lives of American legacy from every branch of service. Warriors who made it out alive from war zones suffer from some form of traumatic emotional or physical debilitation, lastly, there are the heroes without capes who have performed stellar acts of bravery who are falsely accused of crimes against enemy combatants.
Who are the domestic terrorists from within that are committing these unjust crimes against our men and women who are following orders to do their jobs?
We recognize a growing trend of Anti Americanism among the Obama administrations compartmentalized, deep state, military industrial complex, alphabet soup and bad actors, Today all being revealed by President Trump and his administration.
We recently witnessed the far lefts attacks against Justice Kavanaugh, trying to paint him as someone he was not, now enters a man of honor and valor from the military arena, Special Operations Chief Edward “Eddie” Gallagher, a highly decorated Navy Seal, who is fighting murder charges tied to the death of an Islamic State Operative in Iraq.
False charges against SOC Gallagher relate to the mistreatment of a terrorist who was involved in a firefight with our troops moments before. It is beyond comprehension that his family home was raided while Chief Gallagher was detained the first time in June by NCIS.
Dozens of armed NCIS thugs were masquerading as SWAT Police in full combat gear laid siege to the family home, pulling his young children at gunpoint into the street in their underwear while NCIS knew very well that neither parent was at home. Are you kidding me, can you imagine this happening to your children and how and why is this happening in America? There needs to be an investigation into this liberal Judge and what’s going on behind the scenes with NCIS?
It was September 11th, 2018, Patriots Day, Chief Eddie Gallagher was shackled like a common criminal, taken from an inpatient care at NICoE Pendleton, (where he waited a year to enter treatment) and held in solitary confinement for 72 hours while remaining shackled. Chief is not the first nor the last to be accused of a crime he did not commit. Be sure my American friends, this is a war against Americans by the domestic communist enemies from within.
The Navy Times just broke the story of Special Operations Chief Edward “Eddie” Gallagher, a well respected SEAL of 19 years, charged with multiple war crimes connected with the 2017 stabbing death of an Iraqi detainee.
The story with commentary released by his representatives to the media, details how Gallagher is looking to pursue a civil rights lawsuit against Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) while he faces charges of murder, aggravated assault, obstruction of justice, and professional misconduct.
To the credit of Journalist Alice Atalanta The Havok Journal, October 24, 2018.
“Because the military judge has sealed most evidence and placed gag orders, little is known of the specific allegations.
“Please keep the Gallagher’s in your prayers (and donate if you can), and let’s help rewrite the UCMJ, and undo one false conviction at a time…starting with Special Operations Chief Eddie Gallager (Navy Seal).”
“In the past week, private stories surfaced of things happening in war that the civilian population—laws and ethical consciousness included—has had difficulty grasping. Clandestine matters that should have stayed that way. Stories that were perhaps misconstrued. In a community where many men’s own wives will never know the fullness of what goes on “in a day’s work,” it seems incomprehensible that a reporter or investigator—or even, in the case of Eddie Gallagher, an NCIS team with enough of a chip on its shoulder to drag his children from the house at gunpoint–could grasp those subtleties and make sense of them in context.” –
“The situation is serious, and the circumstances dire. According to the Navy Times report, “Multiple criminal defense attorneys, senior military commanders in the Navy and several special warfare units told that the ongoing war crimes probe isn’t focused solely on Gallagher but includes more than a dozen SEALs who also deployed between 2017 and early 2018 near what was then Islamic State held Mosul, Iraq.”
Still, according to Gallagher’s legal team, their own independent investigation has led to the clear cut conclusion that a crime simply didn’t happen.
The Navy Times report goes on to state that central to Gallagher’s case is the question of “whether he and other SEALs rendered first aid to the wounded Islamic State fighter, or if they executed him.” A curious consideration given that these two matters are not related, says one SEAL currently serving overseas: “failing to provide medical aid isn’t execution, and isn’t punishable.”
Many prominent and well-regarded members of the SEAL community have since stepped forward on private social media channels to stand behind Gallagher. Two charitable foundations have stepped up to raise funds in support of his defense: The United American Patriots and the Navy SEALs Fund. Meanwhile, Naval Special Warfare takes an officially neutral stance on the matter, as their spokeswoman Cmdr. Tamara Lawrence told Navy Times, “Naval Special Warfare strives to maintain the highest level of readiness, effectiveness, discipline, efficiency, integrity, and public confidence. All suspected violations for which there is credible information are thoroughly investigated.”
Meanwhile, as Gallagher’s story was taking center stage in the SEAL community, another drama was unfolding last week as Buzzfeed broke the story of a targeted assassination program in Yemen, carried out by former members of Special Operations Forces who had been hired as mercenaries by the Spear Operations Group, founded by Hungarian Israeli security contractor Abraham Golan.
The story came onto my radar when I was contacted in the middle of the night by an individual who asked for secrecy and declined to identify himself in order for me to vet him. The situation seemed dubious, and I wavered on my decision to move forward with the communication. As I did so, he took the story to Newsrep (formerly Sofrep), and 24 hours later they shared the story: an exclusive interview with former Delta operator Dale Comstock. Comstock, it turns out, was seeking to right the public record on the matter of the mercenary operations in Yemen; he felt that in the wake of last week’s murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in the Istanbul Saudi Consulate, their story was picking up speed again, and there were fires to be put out.”
This is yet another matter for President Trump and his Generals to look into as there are other honorable men like Eddie Gallagher, being abused and treated unhonorably, it’s unfathomable to think that stellar and highly decorated warriors who are facing outrageous allegations and fighting for justice while manipulation of injustice by the UCMJ system is constantly ongoing.
“You come against me with the sword and spear and javelin but I come against you in the name of the Lord almighty, The God of the armies of Israel whom you whom you have defied this day, the Lord will deliver you into my hands”.
The UCMJ is a “penal” system made to look and sound like a justice system, which military leaders often hide behind as they look to protect their own career and legacy.
Military leaders use the UCMJ to escape prosecution in civilian courts when they are accused of war crimes. But they also run to it to prosecute soldiers for alleged war crimes that amount to nothing more than a violation of ROE.
In a civilian court, most soldiers would be acquitted by a jury of their peers for split second decisions made on the battlefield, as civilian courts have the burden of proof and the soldier has constitutionally protected rights. But in the UCMJ, the soldier HAS NO SUCH RIGHTS and the burden of proof is on the soldier to prove his innocence, as the political frenzy to prosecute supposed war crimes (or ROE violations) flow downhill, often holding the soldier legally accountable for the orders given by others, or providing cover to those truly responsible.
The UCMJ HAS NEARLY A ONE HUNDRED PERCENT CONVICTION rate BECAUSE they make the ROE and issue the orders, sometime at odds with each other, then INVESTIGATE, PROSECUTE, CONVICT and INCARCERATE in a closed circuit system. This is the tool used to inflict fear for those in uniform and set examples for those who watch from a distance, worried by the prospect that defending themselves on the battlefield might bring the same fate.
