Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Fat Free, Ugh! 1

There are low fat diets, high fat diets, low carb diets, alkalizing diets; there is a diet for every need and every occasion! And what about this gluten free, sugar free, fat free business? It’s all so confusing and it doesn’t seem to be working either, truth is American’s are fatter than ever. There has to be a better way!

Is there a one size fits all diet that works for everyone?

She works with businesses and sports teams to help them make better food and nutrition choices.
