Ah, another shopping spree filling your cart full of more of the same. Your closet is filled, and your pantry can feed the homeless for days. Yet, you are still shopping.

Are you buying things you really need, or you are feeling the urge to buy just because you want to? Felice Cohen is a professional organizer who has spent the past 20 years in New York City teaching people in small and large spaces how to get organize. One of the key principals is to make sure you get rid of things no longer serving you. Listen as Felice takes us on a journey of self-discovery on another empowering show her on THE ENERGY BAR.

Felice Cohen

Felice Cohen is an author, speaker and professional organizer. After living in a 90-square-foot NYC studio for 5 years, a YouTube video of me living in that space went viral. Over 18 Million hits generated a lot of emails from a lot of people around the world asking for my advice on how to downsize and how to get rid of clutter. Having been a professional organizer for over 20 years in NYC, Felice has organized tiny and large spaces and had plenty of tips. Her book “90 Lessons for Living Large in 90 Square Feet (…or More)” has won 2 Self Help Book awards. The book not only tells how she wound up living (and thriving!) in a space the size of a Honda Accord, but it’s filled with 90 easy lessons to help people get more out of their life, by starting with the space around them.
