It is critical to identify and address issues, conditions, behaviors, and structures that contribute to unsafe environments and violence in homes and schools. Specifically, how parents and schools respond to disruptive and aggressive behavior among students impacts the potential for and level of violence to which students are exposed at school.

In this week’s show I talk to Dr. John Loblack, a former high school teacher, author, college professor and now independent consultant and trainer with Loblack International. Dr. Loblack gives practical ideas on what school districts, teachers and parents can do to address the issue of unsafe homes and schools.
