Who’s In Charge?

In the 2012 contest to claim the House of Representatives, the Republican party’s war of restoration was not going too well. Devastated by the Tea Party’s influence in defeating Virginia’s House Representative incumbent Eric Cantor, and alarmed by the Senatorial contest in Mississippi that promised the same results, the National Republican Senatorial Committee turned its full attention toward defeating another Tea Party conservative by pouring NRSC funds into the campaign against the Tea Party’s candidate. I no longer contribute to the NRSC.

Their effort succeeded and another geriatric “establishment” RiNO was elected. The ploy also succeeded in revealing the depths of corruption within the GOP’s leadership ranks and provided a peek into the rot that permeates all of the Washington DC political establishment. They are in it for themselves and their crony capitalist bankers, the people be damned.

It also succeeded in convincing some in the GOP’s once erstwhile conservatives base, to depart. Not all of course, but enough to embrace a non-political Presidential candidate, Donald Trump. Spring forward four years and while both houses of Congress are now in Republican hands and the Presidency was snatched away from the one world government forces of Marxism, the question still remains, who’s in charge, Schumer?

The remnants of the old elite GOP establishment must still be dealt with and, for the moment, they retain the leadership of both houses of Congress. Bitter clingers like Sen. John McCain still confuse issues by blathering on on issues far beyond their ability to affect. They are becoming increasingly bothersome clinging, as they do, to old ideas requiring new solutions.

Presently we see confusion in the House and Senate. The establishment GOP Moderates can’t seem to make up their minds whether or not they remain Democrat lite or conservative Republicans. We’ve seen the cold face of Socialism in the guise of Obamacare, full on and saw it for what it was, an odious wealth transfer scheme promising the good life so long as society is equally poor enough to enjoy it. An unAmerican idea rightfully rejected. Now, let’s reject it!

We should not see the likes of John Boehner or Eric Cantor again and, as all politics are local, the solution lies there. Local Tea Party activists must turn their attention to considering the bonafides of their current Senators and Representatives and ‘Primary’ the ineffective. It is there that our battles will be won. The Democrats, weak as they now are and lacking any semblance of leadership, or a cognitive plan of action acceptable to even the most nominal of American voters are already underway organizing attempts to snatch away GOP House seats all over the nation, especially those in the mid-west states they ignored and lost to Donald Trump.

If we sit on our hands and think “we won,” it will be a short two year holiday until the political picture changes again, for the worse. Democrats are the imbedded enemy of America because they have long since wrapped themselves in the mantle of Marxism. Their field ranks of Bolshevik activists, anarchists, street fighters, rioters and unenlightened brain washed children are growing exponentially to their desire to reclaim power. They will fight for it, cheat, lie and steal, until conservatism is beaten down once again. If they win, they will never, ever allow conservatism to prosper again. The era of totalitarism will begin in ernest and it will be our fault.

Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em!
