“A body of men holding themselves accountable to nobody ought not to be trusted by anybody”… Thomas Paine. That was in 1776 but does that description fit the Democrat Party of today? Of course it does! The political passions and feelings driving today’s social unrest, for Conservatives, are revealing truths about our own feelings long subjugated by the entrenched career politicians (Deep State Establishment) who promise one thing, and then always fail to deliver.

The Democrat Party have highly developed survival skills unaffected by the concepts of truth, justice or morality except to use them as weapons against cowering and clueless Republicans. Democrats do not trust the concepts of truth or morality and use justice only when it advances their quest for total power. If they get it, “Truth” will be what they say it is, “Justice” will be brutally delivered to enforce compliance and morality will be limited to you, sharing what you produce with others who do not.

It’s called Communism! Where are the Rights of Man?

Republicans continue to be befuddled by the Democrat tactics that they do not understand, but accede to if only to keep peace on the floor of Congress. It explains why we do not see Republicans stand up and support Donald Trump or condemn Democrats. A few do, not because they necessarily like Trump’s methods, but because they see the “Rights of Man” in desperate peril and realize that Trump is the only proven leader willing and able to confront the Communist onslaught now rioting on our streets demanding acceptance.

Thomas Paine wondered if the doctrine of reconciliation was the touchstone of nature⏤then explain how one can any longer love, honor, and trust the government that has abused its privilege and power, committing violence wantonly and with prejudice? Paine, of course, was talking about the British Government of the 1700s, but his comments are reflective of the residue of Obama’s administration that attempted to “fundamentally change America.”

Obama introduced Marxism as a legitimate political philosophy of fairness for all Americans without ever using the term. Bewildered Republicans apparently, went along with it until the odious philosophy of collectivism revealed its true intentions.

The Senior level FBI’s involvement in the coup to undo the 2016 elections stands as a prime example of the corruption that has infected the American body politic. Pelosi, Nadler and Schumer and Schiff are ‘fellow travelers.’

If once free and independent citizens are unable to trust our government(s), are we deceiving ourselves or reacting to our latent instincts?

Will our distrust ruin our country’s future?

Will our connection with a government and a justice system we no longer trust, let alone love and honor, be forced?

Are we to be fearful and afraid?

George Orwell described this in his novel “1984.”

I suspect that those who cling to the doctrine of passivity and acceptance (GOP politicians), and claim they abhor violent movements like the Antifa’s and Black Lives Matter, are unwilling to stand for the right to bear arms or even support the right of white nationalists to protest (1st Amendment). They can be included within this description:

“Interested men, who are not to be trusted, weak men who cannot see, prejudiced men who will not see, and a certain set of moderate men who think better of the United States and its justice system than it deserves; and this last class, by an ill-judged deliberation, will be the cause of more calamities to this Continent than all the other three!” “A body of men holding themselves accountable to nobody ought not to be trusted by anybody.”

Our government today needs a complete overhaul, especially the replacement of the RINO’s who are doing us more harm than good. The Democrats are trying to do it. Term limits may be the answer. Right now, Donald Trump is! God Bless him!

Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ’em!
