The media loves to write a good story with not much truth behind it. Anyone’s claims are good enough as long as they fuel the agenda. But what happens when the truth is revealed and its time to admit an error? Usually, silence on behalf of the most powerful entity in the world. With their power comes no responsibility, or journalistic integrity, for that matter. Oh, and did we mention how much they love using the word “militarization” before “of the police?”

Al starts the show by continuing where he left off from the last show, by playing the Disco Dancer. Tracy recalls a story about a man who fabricated a story and a police report and ended up getting locked up. This story sparks a discussion about fabricated news and the crazy climate that we, as U.S. citizens, are in. Rocky briefly makes his return and attempts to sing We Are The World. Tracy then reads two articles which enraged him over the weekend. These stories discussed the militarization of the police and the pair taking the opposing side and talk about how blown out of proportion the two stories are.

Richard Tracy, host of the new podcast Criminal Masterminds, is a new breed of talk radio and podcasting. Think of Tracy as a Super Hero, only this one does not come with a fancy cape or gadgets. He does not combat villains nor does he jump out of burning and crashing airplanes with out a parachute. What Tracy does and will combat is the anti police rhetoric which has been plaguing the nation along with the political correctness which has prevent people from having the true “honest and open dialogue” on the current issues regarding policing in the Great U.S. of A. He also may make you chuckle like a school kid in the process.
