The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Due Process is a term many use, yet its true meaning often eludes. The Free Legal Dictionary defines it as the established course for safeguarding individual legal rights through judicial proceedings. But is our judicial system truly delivering justice? Nowadays, it feels more procedural than just. Imagine putting your case into this system, only to see it treated like a child’s dance, the hokey pokey!
Israel has, for a long time, been a pivotal point of both power and controversy in the Middle East. A technological giant that has added significantly to the world’s advancement in communications, medicine, defense, agriculture, and technology. Israel’s decades-long efforts to achieve some kind of finality with the so-called peace process has left this tiny country in international limbo. Nevertheless, its achievements have been monumental for a country with a population of only nine million people, slightly more than the state of New Jersey. But for many months, Israel has been without a formal government and there has been an historical stale mate in its efforts to return to business-as-usual. And on Thursday, November 21st, the situation got even more complicated. On that day, the Attorney General of Israel announced his decision to indict Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges in three separate cases: Case 1000, Case 2000, and Case 4000. And the charges are severe: fraud, bribery, and breach of trust. Netanyahu’s situation was already complicated. After two sequential elections in less than a year, Netanyahu was unable to form a coalition government so that the business of government in Israel could move forward. But after two serious attempts, he […]

Why are President Trump’s policies being stopped by injunctions? Issue after issue, liberal district judges have blocked President Trump’s executive orders. Speaking out on these injunctions, AG William Barr said: “One judge can, in effect, cancel the policy with the stroke of the pen. No official in the United States government [rightly] can exercise that kind of nationwide power, with the sole exception of the president. And the Constitution subjects him to nationwide election, among other constitutional checks, as a prerequisite to wielding that power.” Why are Federal courts stopping President Trump at every turn –DACA, Travel Ban, Immigration Laws, the wall? How is this supposed to work, according to The Constitution? Do these injunctions violate constitutional principles? And do they undermining “the structural design of the federal courts by allowing a single lower court to make nationwide law”? Judge Michael Warren, American Patriot; Judge of the Year 2018; Author of America’s Survival Guide–How to Stop America’s Impending Suicide by Reclaiming Our First Principles. The Panel of Voices for this episode: Jim McCay is a Political Analyst, Commentator and Radio Producer. Arnetta Notkin, 30 years working on Wall Street, a Producer and Political Commentator.

Unleashed: The Political News Hour with Chris Cordani – Both the Maoist dictatorship in China and the Soviet regime needed desperately to manipulate and force their subjects into submission when they originally took over their respective nations. What is sicker about the American and Western Leftists’ desperation to eradicate our own nations’ histories is that while they know many of us will criticize them or cause an uproar, they are playing the…

Look at the arguments they use. “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.” — Beto O’Rourke. “I don’t believe people should be able to own guns.” — Barack Obama. “If I could have gotten…an outright ban – ‘Mr. and Mrs. America turn in your guns’ – I would have!” — Sen Diane Feinstein. “We’re bending the law as far as we can to ban an entirely new class of guns.” — Rahm Emanuel…

And when such a call is combined with any act that seizes or destroys a strategic target, takes hostages, impedes civilian mobility, cripples supply lines, delays emergency response, or poses a threat of mass casualties, it should be understood and treated as such. Truth Be Told with Booker Scott – In 2021, the top 50% of filers earned 90% of all income, so half of Americans are earning 9 out of every 10 dollars. It would be easy to think that a fair share would be 90%; that’s fair, isn’t it? I’m not sure how much fairer Biden wants it and where he thinks he’s going to get it because that same 50% of filers pay 98% of all taxes the government receives…
Too often, peer review of scientific reports amounts to little more than “pal review,” a rubber stamp from supporters of the hypothesis being investigated. What is needed is to allow reports to be reviewed by many people on all sides of issues, both inside the scientific community and in the public at large. One prominent group is actually doing this — the London, UK-based Global Warming Policy Foundation…
