FAITH IS… with Pastor Rick Stevens – What do we do when we are guilty before God, and we know it? What might God do for us? David clearly and intentionally sinned with Bathsheba. He knew it, God knew it, and the whole palace probably knew it. David’s response is Psalm 51. “Create in me a new heart,” he prayed. He pleaded with God to renew his spirit, remain with him, and sustain his desire to obey.
Why would domestic abuse even be something to be reported among those professing to be Christians? It seems oxymoronic to even put the two words together, Christian & Abuser, yet, the statistics reveal that they are synonymous in our American Culture. One must ask, how is that? Could it mean that there are Wolves in Sheep’s clothing among the churches of America?

The mouse that roared is a perfect parable for the ego, or also the man behind the curtain in The Wizard of Oz, on and on: the emperor has no clothes on. A Course in Miracles (ACIM) makes it very plain that the ego really is nothing but a thought that lives as long as we give it credence. Satan, the Devil, Lucifer, or Ialdabaoth, the Creator God of the Gnostic sects in the 2-3 centuries after Christ. Some of their teachers…

Unity Without Compromise with Dr. Steven LaTulippe – A common misunderstanding among many good people derives from a failure to properly characterize what constitutes righteous behavior. The “accuser of the brethren” is he who spends much time declaring others guilty for their shortcomings and being unwilling to forgive those who personally offend, regardless of the reason. God tells us in no uncertain terms that we…

The McCullough Report with Dr. Peter McCullough – In this issue of the Report, we dedicate time to reaction to this suggested quick move to amnesty for what many consider are crimes against humanity. To skip investigations and service of justice and move directly to amnesty seems premature to Fox News Laura Ingraham and many other commentators…
Emily Oster, Ph.D., Professor of Economics at Brown University, published an essay in the Atlantic magazine that shook up a bee hive of angry students, parents, small business owners, patients, families, and healthcare workers who all found them on the wrong side of decisions made by public health officials. In this issue, we dedicate time to the reaction to this suggested quick move to amnesty…

When someone is forgiven for their offensive behavior, do they get away with it? When we forgive the people who sinned against us, are we letting them off the hook? King David sinned and hurt many people. God forgave him. Does that mean he got away with it? Do you have enough confidence in God to forgive even when it feels like you’re letting your offender get away with it?

Why are you downcast? Why are you in the dumps? Why are you crying the blues? Look up! The Ascension of Jesus reminds us to look up and keep looking up. He wants us to keep our eyes on Him and keep a smile on our faces. We can and have changed lives and forgiveness from sin!
And when such a call is combined with any act that seizes or destroys a strategic target, takes hostages, impedes civilian mobility, cripples supply lines, delays emergency response, or poses a threat of mass casualties, it should be understood and treated as such. Tom Cotton’s open encouragement of terrorists’ would-be victims in their own defense reflects the moral clarity necessary to discern terrorism from political protest…

The Dean’s List with Host Dean Bowen – The Supreme Court rules that Idaho’s law banning gender surgeries on minors can take effect during ongoing litigation. Truth Be Told with Booker Scott – In 2021, the top 50% of filers earned 90% of all income, so half of Americans are earning 9 out of every 10 dollars. It would be easy to think that a fair share would be 90%; that’s fair, isn’t it? I’m not sure how much fairer Biden wants it and where he thinks he’s going to get it because that same 50% of filers pay 98% of all taxes the government receives…
Too often, peer review of scientific reports amounts to little more than “pal review,” a rubber stamp from supporters of the hypothesis being investigated. What is needed is to allow reports to be reviewed by many people on all sides of issues, both inside the scientific community and in the public at large. One prominent group is actually doing this — the London, UK-based Global Warming Policy Foundation…

Having our military dollars going to an endless war in Ukraine and toward shooting down an endless supply of rockets and missiles over Israel helps China reach parity with our military. Banning all cars except those made with rare earth materials, it’s illegal to mine in the United States helps China’s economy, as does shuttering all forms of reliable and affordable energy. Our country is committing economic and political suicide…
