Our Lives & Politics with Booker Scott – Is the Republican majority in the 118th Congress advancing conservatism or merely slowing down liberalism? Drawing on the Federalist Papers and Willmoore Kendall’s ‘Conservative Affirmation,’ conservatives must do more than block progressivism; they must actively replace it with sound political and moral principles. Fiscal irresponsibility and ongoing investigations raise questions…
We the People, after creating this Frankenstein monster of a government and setting it loose on an unsuspecting world, now cower in fear of our creation, unwilling to stand and defend even our own selves against it. Why did the framers of this union create this Constitution the way they did? What was the purpose that We the People had in mind when we ordained and established it?
If the American people are to return to their rightful position as masters of their governments, it will not begin in Washington, D.C. It won’t even begin in our statehouses. It will begin with people exercising their consent at the county and city levels. Then, when we have regained control of the local government, we can begin to restore our states to their rightful place as masters of the federal government…

In Federalist Papers #45, James Madison said, “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite.” Yet today, we see the federal government exercising numerous and indefinite powers against the consent of the American people. What can be done about it?

Ask almost any American, and they will tell you they’ve heard of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Fewer can tell you about the Federalist Papers… but the most important documents come from the Anti-Federalist. Who were these men James Winthrop, Melancton Smith, and George Mason, who came respectively from Massachusetts, New York, and Virginia? Other famous Anti-Federalists included Samuel Adams, Richard Henry Lee, Mercy Otis Warren, Arthur Fenner, and Thomas Jefferson, and the father of the Bill of Rights, James Madison. Many of these men came from poorer Western states and were terrified that a central government would destroy the liberty fought, bled, and died for in the battle of Independence… if only they could see America today. Only America Out loud will tell you how these men would have stopped the ratification if these rights were not preserved and spelled out. Guest Host Tim Aalders, known as Mr. Constitution, a former talk radio host, and author, was instrumental in working with the Trump ground team, part of the Mighty American Strike Force. Viewpoint This Sunday reports on the stories with the goal of offering a unique perspective that challenges conventional thinking. Welcome to the Premier News Magazine as […]
And when such a call is combined with any act that seizes or destroys a strategic target, takes hostages, impedes civilian mobility, cripples supply lines, delays emergency response, or poses a threat of mass casualties, it should be understood and treated as such. Tom Cotton’s open encouragement of terrorists’ would-be victims in their own defense reflects the moral clarity necessary to discern terrorism from political protest…

The Dean’s List with Host Dean Bowen – The Supreme Court rules that Idaho’s law banning gender surgeries on minors can take effect during ongoing litigation. This decision marks a significant victory for those advocating for legislative protection of children from life-altering procedures. The law also restricts medical professionals from prescribing puberty blockers and hormones, citing health concerns…

Truth Be Told with Booker Scott – In 2021, the top 50% of filers earned 90% of all income, so half of Americans are earning 9 out of every 10 dollars. It would be easy to think that a fair share would be 90%; that’s fair, isn’t it? I’m not sure how much fairer Biden wants it and where he thinks he’s going to get it because that same 50% of filers pay 98% of all taxes the government receives…
Too often, peer review of scientific reports amounts to little more than “pal review,” a rubber stamp from supporters of the hypothesis being investigated. What is needed is to allow reports to be reviewed by many people on all sides of issues, both inside the scientific community and in the public at large. One prominent group is actually doing this — the London, UK-based Global Warming Policy Foundation…

From a young age, he learned that the inevitability of death is not something to be feared but appreciated for its ability to help us live a life of joy and wonder. Our time on this earth is limited, and we get to choose the legacy we will leave behind, always knowing there is something better waiting for us on the other side…
Having our military dollars going to an endless war in Ukraine and toward shooting down an endless supply of rockets and missiles over Israel helps China reach parity with our military. Banning all cars except those made with rare earth materials, it’s illegal to mine in the United States helps China’s economy, as does shuttering all forms of reliable and affordable energy. Our country is committing economic and political suicide…

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) is misused to spy on Americans, including political figures and protestors. As Congress debates renewing Section 702, concerns grow about continuing abuses of power and the erosion of civil liberties. Remember Benjamin Franklin’s warning about sacrificing liberty for security as we face another potential renewal of these invasive powers.
