Nearly 5-million Syrians have fled their homeland amid a brutal civil war. But many Middle Eastern countries have refused to accept refugees, putting the burden on Europe and the West. As of February 2016, the United Nations (UN) has identified 13.5 million Syrians requiring humanitarian assistance, of which 6.6 million are internally displaced within Syria, and over 4.8 million are refugees outside of Syria.

FBI director James Comey said during a House Committee on Homeland Security hearing in October 2015 that the U.S. DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY to conduct thorough background checks on all of the possible hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees that the Obama administration says will be allowed to come to the U.S. This of course is in addition to refugees from other Middle Eastern, Central and Southwest Asian, and African Muslim refugees also fleeing conflict and plight across those regions.

“We can only query against that which we have collected,” Comey said in response to a line of questioning during his hearing. That means information our intelligence community has collected, to we have no reason to collect against. There is also no database to query within Syria were it accessible or in many of the other countries to which had no reason to look or actually exists.

To that end, numerous intelligence experts addressed the near impossible ability to thoroughly and accurate vet the individuals coming from other countries carrying the epidemic and plethora of fake and counterfeit passports that is engulfed in those regions.

Essentially, so if someone has never made a ripple in the pond in Syria in a way that would get their identity or their interest reflected in our database, we can query our database until the cows come home, but there will be nothing to show up because we have no record of them, according to those officials.

Likewise, the efforts to vet refugees are similar to methods used to investigate the backgrounds of foreign individuals that the intelligence community and the CIA are interested in and intend to recruit as agents for espionage, i.e.; spies. Many of those involved and who I worked with during my intelligence career who were case officers and human intelligence officers had clearly stated it would be next to impossible to properly vet these refugees to ensure they did not foster hostile intent or were members of various terrorist groups such as al-Qaeda, ISIS, al-Shababa, or Boko Haram, or another radical Islamist organizations. Nor are we able to validate and certify that any of them are radically incited Islamist who would act on their own in a small cell such as the husband and wife team — the San Bernardino attackers who killed 14 and maimed 21 Americans last year.

Furthermore, the rampant rise of non-governmental entities that are being established to facilitate these refugees migration to Europe and the U.S. Posing as “agents of migration” if you will, to rapidly process and smooth the way for moving refugees across the globe.

One of these organizations is the International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) that has ties to both George Soros the far-left international business magnet and philanthropist, and the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation, that gets tens of millions in U.S. taxpayer dollars to resettle hundreds of thousands of Syrian Muslim Refugees throughout the continental United States, is now under investigation for bribery, bid-rigging, and corruption by the Office of the Inspector General within the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Last year, at a national conference, Obama’s White House Immigration Advisor, Cecilia Munoz, openly stated that the resettlement process is like planting “seedlings,” and those seedlings will be nurtured by the Obama administration and its army of left-wing NGOs receiving hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars from the Obama administration, and will continue until those Muslims Refugees are able to eventually rise up and take control of their host communities, like they have done in Dearborn, Michigan.

IRC is actively seeding communities with Muslim Syrian Refugees, building “communities within communities” across America…

…in 26 areas including Atlanta, Wichita, Baltimore, Boise, Idaho; Dallas, Miami, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Seattle, Tucson and Phoenix; Los Angeles; Charlottesville, Virginia; Silver Spring, Maryland; and Northern California, with new offices now opening in Missoula; Richmond, Virginia; Tallahassee and Pasco County, Florida; Garden City, Kansas; and Midland, Texas, according to U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) officials. In addition, another representative from the Office of the Inspector General in USAID stated; “…what became clear in the course of this investigation was this is a pretty sophisticated operation.”
