Obama’s Determination, Persistence and Obsession to Take-down President Trump is Perhaps Illegal & Endless

As I looked for and pondered further leads and veins of information and reporting in the dark hours just before dawn this morning, I came across a Fox News pre-show teaser about their reporter James Rosen’s who was the target of the Obama administration because of his investigative reporting — which got him too close to the Obama State Department’s questionable and nefarious diplomatic activities. When I caught Mr. Rosen’s report several hours later, I recalled this political witch hunt by the Obama White House and its effort to destroy Mr. Rosen. He was spot-on in his pointed comments about the motives and actions which involved similar efforts by the Obama administration which in fact broke the law by its use of America’s spy apparatus; electronic surveillance and associated networks against him (several years ago), and more recently General Flynn, and both the Trump Campaign and the President-Elects transition team. The acts are criminal, both blatant and irresponsible, and are violations both of extensive Executive Office over-reach and clear and accurate violations of the espionage act — using foreign spying laws and capabilities against private and public American citizens. The Obama administration’s, first attempted to get a FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) Court authorization to collect against Mr. Trump in June 2016, and was rejected on the scope of collection requirements it was requesting. Clearly, this was a profound indicator of the former administrations intentions. But its determination and persistence did end, after it was rejected by a FISA Court judge.

Several months later after narrowing its scope it gained approval, although still how is a concerning question — to collect against a U.S. Presidential candidate, one month prior to the 2016 Election. Most FISA experts and judge have stated they are bewildered and concerned. Nevertheless, the strategic perspective is the EXTENT of abuse of spying — the activity was planned by the Obama administration well over a year ago, and implemented at least a year ago in the early spring of 2016, again at least. If you closely follow this process in detail, it becomes quite obvious that those involved who have been using all of the collected intelligence information and data will come to the realization of how this was a very calculated and orchestrated effort against Mr. Trump. Further, most of the data that addresses this is public record — published in both liberal and conservative newspapers and publications.

With so many questionable concerns now pointed at the Obama administration and Democrats — be prepared for a massive cover-up by both entities mentioned, and more specifically, the Obama administration hold-overs within at least six intelligence agencies of the Intelligence Community. Certainly, a critical part of the cover-up naturally will include the destruction of all FISA Court documents, collected Intelligence both hard-copy and electronic files and databases, as well as senior-level directives and orders to illegally collect against Donald Trump and his advisers and staff. The political rhetoric will continue to follow and flow as a smoke-screen to cover and deflect this action.

Further, and more damning is the fact that the responsibility for investigating the allegations by the Democrats and the former Obama administration (and backed up by the mainstream media and Establishment Republicans) is that this now has been or is in the process of being turned over, starting this weekend to the (Congressional) House Permanent Select Intelligence Committee (HPSCI), led by Establishment Republicans who are on the side of the Democrats, who serve as minority members of the Committee. Already, many this week, spoke somewhat critical of President Trump, and more positively of the Democrats positions and accusations while appearing on numerous news shows and in interviews over the past five-days. As a result of their comments, it is abundantly clear those Republicans are clearly in the Democrats camp by way of their similar comments and positions on President Trump and what he has been accused of doing.

This must end, and in turn, the President must take quick and perhaps radical action … almost immediately. With Attorney General Sessions, now having had recused himself from his ability and responsibility to overseeing any investigation by the Justice Department of criminal wrong doing and lying by the former Obama administration and its continued illegal and politically nefarious acts by its rogue political appointees within the Executive Branch, what the President needs to do immediately this week is to make a recess appointment of the Deputy Attorney General. He needs to do this, and which he can do this. Here’s why; first and foremost, in order to preserve (by order from the AG) all the evidence across the Intelligence Community that would and will reveal the criminal intent and actions of the Obama administration. Note; the option to recuse himself (AG Sessions) was in hindsight, more or less a mistake. That said; he should not have done it – as it was a leveraged tactical ploy by the Democrats and Congressional Establishment Republicans, who none the less, are in bed with the Democrats and the Obama politicos, to take down President Trump. There is no doubt that is the intent of all of those involved … and we know who they are.

If people are not aware of what was at stake, it was significant. The effort to get AG Session to recuse himself was part of an overall political strategy, albeit successful, to leave President Trump judicially defenseless against the Democrats onslaught, in the Trump administration’s effort to counter the former Obama administration and its “deep state” rogue government, and its imbedded operatives (fully cognizant and supported by Congressional Democrats) in their continued effort to delegitimize and take-down President Trump, a sitting President. Again, by their program methodology by virtue of their rogue and illegal intelligence efforts, and a politically-based strategic communications campaign supported by a strategically orchestrated media campaign of false-narratives, unsubstantiated accusations, and damning innuendos.

This is why President Trump was angered when AG Sessions recused himself on Friday, while President Trump was in Norfolk, VA visiting our Naval and Marine forces on the USS Gerald Ford. Again, without an AG or Deputy AG active in the investigation of this fake campaign against again a sitting President, and to counter and oversee an active Justice Department investigation of the more than likely criminal acts and activities, and to ensure an order (is given) to preserve and protect of all related FISA authorizations, and all of the collected intelligence (against both the Trump campaign and Trump Transition Team as evidence), much is at stake. In turn, President Trump’s administration will have a difficult time defending itself against this Democrat campaign of false accusations and a false narrative heavily support by the mainstream media and unfortunately Establishment Republicans as well. We will continue to monitor this with the scrutiny and persistence to ensure our readers, the general public and Americans are informed. Stay tuned!
