“Read my lips, Schumer is playing you for a fool Mr. President: Immigration Hawks Licking their Wounds after Trump’s About Face” Those are only two headlines by political pundents with a wider audience than mine, making an issue out of Trump’s wooing Chuckie Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, Democrats of the very Progressive set, to get the Republican Congress moving.

The articles associated with those headlines anticipate a further decline in Trumps Presidential effectiveness (his popularity), the disarray in the GOP’s leadership ranks, and the looming 2018 mid term elections that could find Democrats back in power. Don’t bet on it. It’s all doom and gloom. That is not going to happen. Does anyone really believe that President Trump got rolled? Only the Never Trumpers, looking for any reason to spin crap that could hit the fan and bring down Trump administration. Who’s getting rolled? It ain’t Trump! Remain vigilant!

The contributing writers, clearly DC insiders, are understandably influenced by their association with the establishment politicos. They can’t but help it or they would never get ”in the know” politicians to interview. It’s how the game is played so we expect reports that are slightly, if not wholly slanted one way or another.

Schumer is playing you for a fool, Mr. President.” Think about that for a moment. Both Schumer and Pelosi, couldn’t get to the White House fast enough when they thought, for just a fleeting moment, that their party still had relevancy and could control the issue simply because the President sought their council on DACA, Immigration and the Wall. Afterward, Schumer couldn’t get to a microphone fast enough to loudly proclaim Trump made a deal with them, that Trump denied and which Schumer and Pelosi had to walk back the next day. If S&P haven’t read The Art of the Deal, they enter any negotiation with President Trump with a very weak hand. Schumer rose to Trumps bait, got stung as untrustworthy when he made unsubstantiated claims, and is now playing the fool. But we knew that so why is anyone surprised?

Trump is not a politician. He makes money, knows how to help other companies make money, knows how to negotiate to win, and could care less the path he must take to get there. He was once a registered Democrat. So were lots of people. Because of his NYC ties, he knows Schumer very well and knows what makes him tick. Pelosi is an appendage to be recognized only because she’s there, but otherwise, she’s a recognizable nimrod like the other California nitwit female national politicians, Waters and Feinstein.

Immigration Hawks Licking Their wounds…”? He really means the GOP leadership, or rather the lack of it, now in public disarray because Trump simply ignored them, spoke to the enemy, and got at least three issues back on the front page: DACA, Immigration and the Wall, and kicked the whole can back into Congress’s court. Oh, what to do? Follow Trump. He knows where he’s going and you’ll be safe. Really!

The DC swamp creatures still don’t understand who Donald Trump is. He’s not a Democrat, he’s not a Republican. In fact after nearly eight months, no single title can be attached to him except to say he saw America going in the completely wrong direction, saw the political leadership abandoning its Constitutional roots and rule of law, in favor of feel good socialism and decided it had to come to an end. In truth, his base no longer subscribes to or cares about the medias characterizations of President Trump, his politics, life style, or governing ability. He’s a different cat.

Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em!
