The truth, that no one wants to tell you, about letting go is that releasing attachment is a lot like grieving. It has to take its course and it has to be done gradually. “To let go does not mean to get rid of. To let go means to let be. When we let be with compassion, things come and go on their own.” –Jack Kornfield

Letting go is all about facing and dealing with reality, Rather than deluding ourselves by making ourselves believe we have all kinds of powers we don’t have, letting go is about facing the facts. We don’t have the power to change other people, we can only change ourselves. In everyday life, letting go means looking realistically at whatever the situation, taking personal responsibility for what one is going to do to protect, or take care of oneself, and then doing it. Beyond that, it is allowing oneself to grieve, learn from what just happened and begin again.

Co-hosts Susan Price and Linda Martinelli bring wisdom and advice to a topic that can and will completely change your life. Malcolm shares a very personal story with the intended consequences of helping others…
