She lives with her husband in Los Angeles area and London, England. She wants to see more of the world and longs to own a closet full of cowgirl boots. In her book, Give Yourself Permission to Live Your Life, and in her coaching programs she helps people explore why they are not giving themselves permission to do what is best for them, how they can identify what they want to give themselves permission to do and how they can implement their plans. Her mission is to help people to find their personal freedom and authentic selves. She wants you to release your fears and live your life by simply giving yourself permission to put yourself first and let go of seeking other people’s approval.
