The guys start the show with wishing a farewell to the great Bill Paxton and jump right into the stories from Blue Lives Matter. Richard reads a recent story on the shooting involving officers in Houston, TX. A CBS 58 crew member made a comment on Facebook live stream, which caused him to get fired. The story then sparks a discussion on speech and politics correctness. The guys watch a pickup truck take off and go airborne.
ACLU gets a response from Chief Edward Flynn, of Milwaukee Police Department, over their complaints. The guys discuss the morale of police and patrol officers when supervisors and higher rank officials support their officers vs. those who bow down to political correctness. An update on Chicago’s murder rate is not surprising and Richard reads a story about a man slugging a bat at the doors of the police station. Richard wraps the show up by watching a video of officers who show tremendous restraint, to the point where the suspect takes a hostage.
