Brian Gould is focused on international economic and infrastructure reform, to include critical infrastructure, political structure and financial structure and how these functions affect international business.

Brian E. Gould (USA SF, Ret.) served in the U.S Army and U.S. Special Forces for over two (2) decades. Following his retirement from service, Mr. Gould worked in the private sector as a Senior Strategic Planner at Special Operations Command (SOCCENT) at MacDill AFB, Florida, Project Manager of an international small business start-up program in the Middle East and acted as Director of Special Projects at the International Institute for Homeland Security, Defense and Restoration in Washington, D.C. Mr. Gould is currently the President of Applied Solutions Consulting, LLC (ASC), a small business based in Florida, and a partner of the International Reconstruction Group (IRG) in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Gould is an active member of several local, national, and international organizations, including the Committee on Foreign Relations (CFR), The Global SOF Foundation, National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), Armed Forces Communications Electronic Association (AFCEA), and the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition as a Veteran for Smart Power.
