How each of us handles stress has a direct correlation with not only our overall health, but our ability to maximum the quality out of life and the longevity of that life. You’ve heard the expression ‘she has butterflies just before the big performance’? These anxieties can actually be good for you. Good stress can optimize your ability to excel – knowing the difference between the good and the bad however is vital in securing the desired outcome.
