Should our products and brands be used as culturally inflammatory topics to increase sales? Should these companies use our societal differences that are clearly dividing the masses as marketing tools to promote their wallets? And what about those protesters – hell – have you ever seen such happy partying people protesting in your life? To think that a Pepsi will fix it all and make us all get along and be happy – give me a break!
Cohosts Gayl Murphy and Erin Morgart thought Pepsi was wrong and a bit of a putz type company for their portrayal of protesters. Malcolm Out Loud thought it was a brilliant opportunity to exploit further the entire concept by doubling down.
