Justin also has sent a quick update for us: Unlike the Cole Memo, the FinCEN Guidance, which instructs banks on how to take in and work with cannabis banking accounts, has NOT been repealed. As of January 11th, the FinCEN guidance is still official DoT policy, even though the Cole Memo, which it references heavily, has been rescinded. Go figure.
