Stress, Stress and more stress! Everyone is stressed these days but what is this doing to us? According to an article in the Huffington Post – “An estimated 75 to 90 percent of all doctor visits are for stress-related issues.”
Stress is making us sick! As a matter of fact, the U.N. calls stress the 21st century health epidemic.
So what do we do about it? In this show, I’m going to be talking to a professional who helps people deal with stress and do so very effectively. He uses some very unique (out of the box), techniques to help people ‘retrain’ their mind and body to look at stress and stressful situations in a totally different way.
